We had a tidy room, air con was a lifesaver! But breakfast could've been heaps better with warmer options. Sweet as spot near Termini too!

The hotel was well priced and great, really enjoyed city view from our superior room. There were comfortable beds and a work desk, a flat-screen TV, and a seating area inside the room. Minute walk from a train station, it was a plus.
Their staff were not very helpful.

Amazing location! Just a 5-10 min walk to the train station 🚆. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the jacuzzi bath in our room too! Cleaned daily and fresh towels always.

- No airconditioning - Bad breakfast: horrible instant coffee, old bread.

This was the cheapest 3 star that I found on Booked.net. It is one of four or five mini hotels in a building. The rooms were pretty clean, and the staff was very very hospitable. It is only four short blocks away from the train station, meaning you have a quick access to the airport bus. You also have a bus station in front of the train station, thus giving you access to the city
Tiny shampoo sackets, and the fact that our towels were not changed (

The cleanliness across all areas was commendable.
I had to self check in. I was also woken up early by staff making noise, disrupting my sleep. The location directly behind the train station.

The room was good. There is a TV, hair dryer, fridge. The design of the room is lovely. However, instead of double bed there were two single beds moved together.
1. The absence of hot water (staff was trying to persuade us that we can wash with slightly warm water). 2. Soap and shower gel were put only once for 3 days of stay. 3. Noisy from the road next to the hotel. 4. Breakfast is continetal (no hot breakfast). 5. Internet is not free.

The air conditioning saved us from the summer heat while we enjoyed our clean room. Proximity to the train station made exploring the city simple and convenient.

The hotel was easy to find and only about a 10 minute walk from the train station in Rome. The room had air conditioning, which surprised us and the hotel served a good breakfast each morning.
The hotel offered wi-fi, but at ridiculous prices. They charged 1.5 Euros for a half hour, 3 Euros for 1 hour and 15 Euros for 10 hours. The password could only be used for one device, so we had to choose between our laptop or phones. We compared prices with another hotel located in the same building, and they offered 3 Euros for 4 hours - definitely a better deal. Also... The shower leaked every time you used it (wetting 1/3 of the bathroom floor) and the toilet "ran" all night (minor issue).

The only good thing about this hotel is its location, very close to Termini Station.
The rooms are very small, barely have room to walk beside the bed. They asked me 10 Euro deposit for the TV remote, and if you want wireless internet cost 3 euros per hour. My opinion is that hotel prices are not justified by the conditions offered

This cozy spot was perfect for our family trip. Located on the historical side of Rome, it made sightseeing so easy. We enjoyed a warm welcome at check-in, where all our IDs were checked promptly.
My kids wished for more kid-friendly activities.

Unfortunately, nothing. Every evening we forced ourselves to ruturn to the hotel. Very bad hotel.
Windows look onto garbage, agressive staff, room is dark and equal to size of double bad, small luggage room (reception woman refused to put there our 2 big but standard bags - no space). Info about shuttle is a fake as in fact it's a taxi, which the hotel can order for you at general cost. At the first possibility we changed the hotel.

Very near to the termini station as described (you could see the station from the building 3 blocks away)...the area is the "cheap end of town" but interesting a has good dinning at good prices plus lots of internet places. Tube train or bus will take you other places easily.
Nothing special about the hotel...fair to average..certainly not a 3 star as described. Small bedroom, but good bathroom with shower. Breakfast fair. I was told the airconditioning in the hotel was not working when I asked. It was too warm in the room (mid May). They could not supply a fan as a substitute. Street looked a quiet one but a main road is near so there was noise.
